Terms of Use and Cancellation & Refund
The Kstay platform is an affiliate marketing platform for foreigners that sells products in various categories and provides subscription services.
Order and Payment
The Kstay platform allows you to select and purchase travel itineraries, pickup services, tickets and other travel experience-related services provided by Kstay or its suppliers in a specific currency. Some orders are filled immediately, while others require confirmation from Kstay or the supplier. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a reservation confirmation via SMS, email, or mobile app. Order processing times are for reference only, and reservation completion times may change depending on circumstances.
Kstay reserves the right to adjust the prices and costs of travel itineraries, pickup services, tickets and other travel experience-related services at any time. Changes will be notified through SMS, email, web page, and mobile app. If you agree and accept the changed prices, you will be considered to continue using Kstay services.
Order processing and cancellation
You understand and agree that Kstay reserves the right to process or cancel orders. When paying for your order, you must use the payment method specified by Kstay. You understand and agree that we have no obligation to process or fulfill your order prior to clearing payment. Unless otherwise agreed, amounts already paid will not be refunded.
Relationships with Suppliers
In addition to the services provided by the Kstay platform, it may include services provided by suppliers. The Supplier reserves the right to accept or reject your reservation or purchase and is responsible for providing such services. You can contact the supplier directly or contact Kstay to resolve the issue.
Additional taxes and fees
Additional taxes or fees may be incurred while using the services provided by the Supplier, and you agree to this and are responsible for paying such fees. Although Kstay always strives to provide accurate and error-free information, we cannot guarantee that the information provided by our suppliers is accurate and up-to-date. If the Supplier cancels your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your order or contact the supplier to change your reservation within the cancellation deadline, your refund will be made in the same manner as payment was made. The refund amount may differ from the amount originally paid depending on exchange rates, fees from credit card companies or payment service providers, etc.
Subscription Service Refund Policy
1. Subscription service application and payment: Subscription service is automatically renewed at regular intervals. If you apply for a subscription and complete payment, you may use the Service during the applicable subscription period. Subscription renewal occurs automatically on the expiration date of your previous subscription.
2. Cancellation of subscription: If you wish to cancel your subscription service, you can manage and cancel the subscription within the Kstay platform. Cancellation of subscription services will be processed immediately, and you will continue to be able to use the services for the period of your canceled subscription.
3. Refund Policy: The refund policy for subscription services applies as follows.
– Auto-renewed subscription: Refunds for subscriptions that have already been renewed will not be provided during the subscription period following renewal. For example, if a subscription that renews on a monthly basis has already been paid for and renewed, no refund will be provided for that month. Refunds will be deferred to the next subscription cycle.
– Manual subscription renewal: For subscriptions that are renewed manually, if the previous subscription is canceled before the expiration date, you can continue to use the service during the relevant subscription period, and no refund will be provided.
– Service interruption: When the subscription service provided by Kstay is discontinued, a refund may be provided for the remaining period of the subscription service. Detailed information about the outage will be provided within the Kstay platform.
4. Refund processing: The refund amount will be processed according to the payment method used when applying for a refund. The refund amount may differ from the original amount paid depending on the exchange rate at the time of refund processing, fees from the credit card company or payment service provider, etc.
The Kstay platform’s subscription service-related refund policy provides reasonable conditions to service users and presents regulations for each case regarding service use and refund requests. Please note that the specific terms of each subscription may vary, so service users can check and manage the exact refund policy for that subscription within the Kstay platform.
Dispute Resolution
You must pay for your order using a payment method accepted by us. You understand and agree that we have no obligation to process or fulfill your order prior to completing payment in accordance with the payment process instructed by us. As there are separate agreements in addition to these Terms of Use, purchase amounts already paid by you are not refundable.
These Terms of Use and our relationship with you will be resolved at the place of business of the Kstay Contracting Party specified in Article 1.2. For disputes or controversies arising from your use of Kstay services, the district court of the business location of the Kstay contracting party listed in Article 1.2 shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.
